Estavo is an online property management platform built for UK landlords. It brings property records, tenants, tenancies, compliance, maintenance, financials, documents and communication together in one system.
Estavo is designed for individual landlords and growing property portfolios. It helps landlords organise day-to-day property management without relying on separate spreadsheets, folders and disconnected systems.
No. Estavo is accessed through your web browser. You can sign in from a supported computer, tablet or mobile device without installing desktop software.
Estavo currently provides a free plan that includes the main property management tools. This includes properties, tenants, tenancies, compliance, maintenance, financials, documents, communication, reports and marketplace access.
The current Estavo plan allows landlords to manage unlimited properties, tenants and tenancies. Storage and optional marketplace services may have separate limits or charges.
Each account currently includes 500 MB of document storage. Additional storage options will be available through the Estavo marketplace when needed.
Premium features are planned to include SMS messaging, automated reminders, bulk document downloads, advanced reporting and selected AI-assisted tools.
Premium is not yet commercially available. Details and pricing will be confirmed before launch.
You can maintain property details, tenancies, tenants, compliance records, maintenance activity, documents, financial information, communications and notes. This creates a central record for each property.
Yes. You can record relevant compliance items, upload certificates and supporting documents, monitor expiry dates and maintain a clearer view of outstanding requirements.
Estavo helps you organise compliance information, but it does not replace professional legal advice or the landlord's responsibility to meet applicable regulations.
Yes. Estavo includes tools for rent schedules, transactions, income, expenses, statements, performance reporting and property-related financial records.
Estavo supports CSV-based transaction imports, allowing you to bring transaction information into the system and match it to the relevant property or tenancy records.
Yes. The tenant portal provides tenants with a dedicated area to access relevant information, receive shared documents, respond to requests and communicate with their landlord.
Maintenance issues can be recorded and managed within Estavo. Landlords can keep notes, track progress, store documents and maintain a history of work carried out against the property.
Yes. Documents can be uploaded and organised against relevant properties, tenants and tenancies. You can also share documents or request information through the tenant portal where applicable.
The marketplace provides access to optional property-related services from within the Estavo system. Planned and available services may include EPCs, tenant checks, identity and right-to-rent checks, SMS bundles and additional document storage.
Marketplace products are separate from the main Estavo plan and may carry their own charges.
No. Marketplace services and future account upgrades are accessed from inside the Estavo system. You do not need to return to the public website to purchase or manage them.
Estavo can be accessed through a mobile web browser. A dedicated mobile app is also planned and is currently under development. Availability will be announced separately.
Estavo uses secure account access and includes support for passkeys. You should also protect your account by using a secure device, keeping your login details private and signing out when using a shared device.
A passkey allows you to sign in using a secure method supported by your device, such as fingerprint recognition, facial recognition or a device PIN. It reduces the need to rely only on a traditional password.
Your account data is not made available to other landlords. Tenants only receive access to information and documents made available to them through the relevant tenant portal or sharing process.
You can contact the Estavo support team at support@estavo.co.uk . When contacting support, include a clear description of the issue and any relevant screenshots, but do not send passwords or other sensitive login details.
