Estavo is a trading style of Vossco. References to Estavo, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the person or business operating the Estavo website and application.

• Confirm that a certificate is legally valid.
• Guarantee that uploaded information is complete or accurate.
• Replace legal, tax, accounting, safety or property advice.
• Guarantee compliance because a record or reminder exists.

Landlords remain responsible for identifying and meeting the obligations applicable to their properties, tenants and tenancies.

Accessibility

Estavo aims to make its website and application usable by as many people as reasonably possible.

This includes working towards:
