Learn how to register for Estavo, verify your details and access your landlord dashboard for the first time.
Creating an Estavo account gives you access to the landlord platform, where you can manage properties, tenants, tenancies, compliance, maintenance, financial records, documents and communication.
Before you start
Registration is straightforward. You only need a few basic details to create your account.
Email address
Use an email address you can access, as you may need it for account verification and password recovery.
Your basic details
You will be asked for your name and the basic information required to create your landlord profile.
A secure password
Create a password that is difficult to guess and that you do not use for another online account.
Your account can be created first. Properties, tenants and tenancies can be added after you access the dashboard.
Create your account step by step
Follow the steps below to register for your free Estavo landlord account.
Open the Estavo registration page
Visit the Estavo application and select the option to create a new landlord account.
You can access the application at app.estavo.co.uk.
Enter your personal details
Enter the requested account information accurately. These details will be used to create your initial landlord profile.
Create your password
Choose a secure password and enter it again in the confirmation field.
Avoid using your name, property address or an easily guessed sequence such as 123456.
Review the terms and privacy information
Review the applicable terms and privacy information before submitting the registration form.
You must accept the required terms before the account can be created.
Submit your registration
Select the registration button once all required fields have been completed.
Estavo will create your account or tell you if any information needs to be corrected.
Verify your email address
Depending on the registration process currently in use, Estavo may send a verification email to the address you entered.
- Open the verification email sent by Estavo.
- Select the verification link or button in the message.
- Return to Estavo and sign in using your registered email address.
Check your spam or junk folder first. Also confirm that the email address entered during registration was correct before requesting another message.
Sign in for the first time
Once registration and any required verification are complete, open the Estavo sign-in page.
- Enter the email address used during registration.
- Enter your password.
- Select the sign-in button.
- Review any initial profile or onboarding prompts shown on your dashboard.
You may also see an option to sign in with Google if that method is enabled for your account.
A passkey can provide a faster and more secure way to access Estavo using your supported device, fingerprint, facial recognition or PIN.
Common registration problems
The following checks resolve most issues encountered while creating an account.
- Make sure every required field has been completed.
- Confirm that your email address does not contain a spelling mistake or unnecessary space.
- Check that both password fields match.
- Try signing in instead if the email address is already linked to an Estavo account.
- Use the password reset option if you previously created an account but cannot remember the password.
- Refresh the page or try a current version of a supported browser if the form does not respond.
Estavo support may ask for your email address or a screenshot of an error, but should not need your password or passkey details.
