Understand the dashboard
Learn how to use the Estavo landlord dashboard to review your portfolio, diary, compliance position, recent activity and important property information.
The dashboard is the main overview of your Estavo account. It brings together portfolio statistics, upcoming diary items, property health information, alerts and recent activity so you can quickly identify what needs attention.
What the dashboard shows
The exact information shown will depend on the records already held in your account. A new account may initially display setup prompts and empty statistics.
Property health
Upcoming diary
Statistics and alerts become more useful after properties, tenancies, compliance items, rent schedules and maintenance records have been added.
Review your portfolio statistics
The summary cards provide a quick count of the main records in your account. Selecting a card may take you directly to the relevant area.
Properties
Shows the number of active property records held in your portfolio.
Tenants
Displays the number of tenant records currently connected with your account.
Tenancies
Summarises active tenancy agreements and may highlight upcoming renewals or end dates.
Financial overview
Where enabled, displays relevant rent, income, expenses or portfolio performance information.
Use the property health overview
Property health brings together important information from different areas of the system. It is intended to help you identify properties that may require attention.
- Review whether compliance records are complete and current.
- Identify certificates or checks approaching expiry.
- Review outstanding maintenance issues.
- Check whether key property or tenancy information is missing.
- Select the relevant property to review the underlying records.
A healthy indicator does not replace your own legal, safety or compliance checks. You remain responsible for confirming that each property meets the applicable requirements.
Check your diary and reminders
The diary area brings together upcoming dates from your property, tenancy and compliance records.
Review upcoming items
Check the diary panel for certificates, inspections, tenancy dates, rent reviews and other scheduled activity.
Select the diary entry
Open the relevant entry to view the property, tenancy or compliance record connected to it.
Update the underlying record
After completing the required action, update the date, status or supporting document so the dashboard reflects the latest information.
Review recent activity
Recent activity provides a quick view of changes and events within your account. Depending on the record, this may include:
- New properties, tenants or tenancies being added.
- Documents being uploaded, shared or requested.
- Compliance records being created or updated.
- Maintenance issues being opened or completed.
- Messages and portal activity.
- Financial transactions or rent records being updated.
The dashboard normally shows only the latest or most relevant activity. Additional history may be available within the individual property, tenancy or account records.
Use the Marketplace basket
The dashboard may provide access to your Estavo Marketplace basket. This allows you to review optional services before completing an order inside the system.
- Review items currently added to your basket.
- Confirm the property or tenant connected to the service.
- Remove items you no longer require.
- Review the charge before completing the purchase.
- Access marketplace services directly within Estavo rather than purchasing through the public website.

Common dashboard questions
The dashboard is empty
Add your first property and related records. New accounts will have limited statistics until data is entered.
A statistic looks incorrect
Open the relevant property, tenant or tenancy list and check whether old or inactive records still have an active status.
An expired item still appears
Update the compliance record with the new expiry date and upload the replacement document where applicable.
A completed maintenance issue remains open
Open the maintenance record and confirm that its status has been changed to completed or closed.
The dashboard has not refreshed
Refresh your browser after saving a record. Sign out and back in if the old information still appears.
I cannot open a dashboard card
Some cards may only display information rather than act as links. Use the main navigation to access the corresponding area.
