Review your current storage usage, compare the available 2 GB, 5 GB and 10 GB add-ons, complete the purchase and confirm the new capacity appears in your Estavo account.
Estavo accounts include 500 MB of document storage. Additional capacity can be purchased inside the Marketplace. Storage add-ons increase the account allowance and do not require changes to individual property or tenant records.
How storage add-ons work
Suitable for a growing portfolio with regular property, tenancy and compliance uploads.
Suitable for larger portfolios with higher document, photograph and maintenance activity.
Suitable for substantial document histories and higher volumes across multiple properties.

Before adding more storage
- Review the current storage allowance.
- Check how much capacity is already used.
- Review recently deleted files.
- Check for confirmed duplicate documents.
- Review large photographs and scans.
- Confirm another storage order is not already pending.
- Estimate future document requirements.
- Review the live add-on price.
- Confirm your account can complete Marketplace purchases.
Purchase additional capacity where required rather than removing documents that remain relevant to property, tenancy, compliance, maintenance or financial history.

Choose the right capacity
Small immediate requirement
Choose enough space to complete current uploads while allowing for reasonable future growth.
Regular property growth
Consider a larger option where the number of properties and tenancies is increasing.
High image volume
Maintenance photographs and scanned documents can consume capacity more quickly than standard files.
Historical retention
Allow for archived documents that remain stored and continue to use account capacity.
Archiving removes files from normal active views but does not normally remove them from the account.

Wait for confirmation
Do not refresh or close the page while payment and activation are processing.
Payment may have completed even where the page was interrupted or the storage total has not yet refreshed.
Confirm the storage order
- Review the on-screen payment confirmation.
- Check the Marketplace order reference.
- Confirm the selected capacity.
- Review the payment status.
- Open Marketplace Orders.
- Confirm the purchase appears once.
- Check whether the add-on is marked active or processing.
- Retain the order reference where needed.
Verify the new storage allowance
Not yet purchased
The add-on remains in the basket and has not changed the account allowance.
Payment confirmed
Payment has completed and the add-on can be activated.
Capacity increased
The storage allowance has been added to the account.
Add-on not activated
Review the payment and Marketplace order before trying again.
Return to Documents
Open the document storage or account-usage area.
Review the total allowance
Confirm the purchased capacity has been added.
Review available space
Check the remaining capacity after existing document usage.
Refresh where required
Allow time for the account total to update after activation.
Retry a document upload after adding storage
- Confirm the new allowance is active.
- Return to the original document workflow.
- Check whether a partial record already exists.
- Review the file name and size.
- Upload the document once.
- Wait for completion.
- Open the stored file.
- Remove any accidental duplicate upload.
A previous storage-related failure may have created a document record even where the file did not appear to complete.
Review multiple storage add-ons
Where the Marketplace permits more than one storage purchase, review the total active capacity and order history before adding another option.
- Check all active storage orders.
- Review the total account allowance.
- Confirm the latest purchase has activated.
- Check whether another order remains processing.
- Review expected portfolio growth.
- Avoid duplicate purchases caused by delayed updates.
- Contact support where the active capacity is unclear.
Common storage-purchase problems
The storage options are unavailable
Check Marketplace availability and your account purchasing permissions.
The wrong capacity was selected
Remove it from the basket before payment and select the correct add-on.
The basket shows duplicate add-ons
Remove repeated items and confirm the required quantity before checkout.
The price is different from expected
Use the current live price shown for the selected storage option.
Payment failed
Review the payment message and Marketplace Orders before retrying.
Payment completed but storage is unchanged
Check whether the order is active or processing, refresh the storage page and retain the order reference.
Uploads remain blocked
Confirm the new allowance is active and that the individual file meets the supported size and type requirements.
The add-on appears twice
Review Marketplace Orders and payment records before making further purchases.
The document-storage allowance has been increased
