Reports depend on the information recorded in Estavo
A report can only use the properties, tenants, tenancies, transactions, compliance items, maintenance records and documents available in your account. Missing, duplicated or incorrectly dated source records can affect the output.
Review source records first
Correct the underlying property, tenancy, compliance, maintenance or financial record rather than editing an exported report as the only correction.
Check the date range
A missing record may fall outside the selected period or use a different recorded transaction, tenancy or expiry date.
Review filters carefully
Property, status, tenant and category filters can exclude valid records when they are applied too narrowly.
Reports do not replace professional advice
Estavo reports organise the information entered into your account. They do not independently verify the data and do not replace legal, compliance, accounting, tax, valuation or financial advice.
